Transparency Report

Earnify publishes transparency reports to provide visibility into how we handle abuse reports, law enforcement requests, and policy enforcement across our bandwidth marketplace. We believe transparency is essential to building trust with our users, partners, and the broader internet community.

This is our first transparency report. Going forward, we will publish these on a quarterly basis.

Earnify has not received any law enforcement requests during this reporting period. We have not been subject to any gag orders or national security letters. If we receive a valid legal request, we will comply to the extent required by law while providing only the minimum data necessary.

Earnify does not inspect, log, or store the content of traffic routed through our network. Our ability to respond to content-specific abuse reports is therefore limited to:

• Suspending or terminating buyer accounts identified as the source of abusive traffic.
• Blocking specific destination addresses or port ranges at the network level when patterns of abuse are detected.
• Cooperating with law enforcement where legally required.

All applications integrating the Earnify SDK are required to obtain explicit, informed user consent before activating bandwidth sharing, as defined in our SDK Developer Agreement.

During Q1 2026:

• 0 SDK keys were revoked for consent violations.
• 0 reports of non-consensual bandwidth sharing were received.
• The SDK’s native-level consent gate (ERR_NO_CONSENT) prevented all start attempts where consent was not explicitly granted.

Key infrastructure changes during Q1 2026:

• Migrated all proxy endpoint sourcing to the Earnify consent-based marketplace, completing the transition from legacy sourcing methods.
• Implemented enhanced client-side traffic filtering including port blocking, private IP range blocking, and post-DNS resolution verification.
• Published Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and SDK Developer Agreement.
