Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Earnify platform, including our website, desktop client, mobile SDK, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Earnify operates an ethical bandwidth marketplace where users (“Earners”) can voluntarily share their unused internet bandwidth in exchange for compensation. Bandwidth purchasers (“Buyers”) route traffic through the network for legitimate proxy use cases.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Earnify, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account token and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Earnify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• You must have the legal right to share bandwidth on the network connection you use with Earnify.
• You must not use the Service on networks where bandwidth sharing violates the network operator’s terms of service.
• You acknowledge that Earnify routes third-party internet traffic through your connection and that you are comfortable with this arrangement.

• Buyers must comply with all applicable laws when routing traffic through the Earnify network.
• Buyers must not use the Service for any activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Buyers are solely responsible for the content of traffic they route through the network.

• Earners are compensated at a rate of $0.10 per gigabyte of bandwidth shared, subject to change with notice.
• Payouts are made in cryptocurrency.
• Earnify reserves the right to withhold payment for fraudulent or artificially generated bandwidth usage.
• Bandwidth is measured server-side. Earner-reported bandwidth figures are not used for compensation calculations.

Third-party developers integrating the Earnify SDK must comply with the SDK Developer Agreement, which requires obtaining informed, explicit user consent before activating bandwidth sharing.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, spoof, or falsify bandwidth usage or earnings.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, conduct attacks, or facilitate any illegal activity.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

All software, protocols, and content comprising the Service are the property of Earnify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Earnify does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you through the Service in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Earnify may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Earned but unpaid compensation will be paid out subject to a minimum threshold.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via the contact information associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Earnify operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
