Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Earnify bandwidth marketplace by all users, including earners, buyers, and SDK developers. This policy exists to protect our network, our users, and the broader internet community.

You may not use the Earnify network to:

2.1 Illegal Activity

• Conduct or facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Access or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Facilitate human trafficking, terrorism, or violent extremism.
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes.

2.2 Network Abuse

• Launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Scan, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in third-party systems.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or any other malicious software.
• Engage in credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.

2.3 Platform Abuse

• Manipulate or falsify bandwidth usage to inflate earnings.
• Run multiple instances to circumvent per-device limits.
• Interfere with the operation of the Earnify network or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.

2.4 Consent Violations

• Activate bandwidth sharing without obtaining explicit, informed user consent.
• Embed the Earnify SDK in applications without proper disclosure to end users.
• Circumvent, disable, or bypass the SDK’s consent mechanisms.
• Install the Earnify client or SDK on devices you do not own or have authorization to use.

Earnify implements client-side traffic filtering to protect earners and the network:

• Port blocking — connections to sensitive ports (SSH, Telnet, ADB, and others) are blocked by default to prevent abuse of earner devices.
• Private IP blocking — traffic to private network ranges (RFC 1918, loopback, CGNAT, link-local) is blocked to prevent local network scanning.
• Post-DNS verification — resolved IP addresses are checked after DNS resolution to prevent DNS rebinding attacks targeting internal networks.

Buyers connecting to the Earnify network must:

• Use the network only for lawful purposes.
• Not exceed their purchased bandwidth allocation or speed limits.
• Not attempt to identify, contact, or exploit individual earners.
• Comply with the terms of service of any websites or services they access through the network.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service.
• Forfeiture of pending earnings or purchased bandwidth credits.
• Revocation of SDK keys for developer accounts.
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Earnify reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the prosecution of users who engage in illegal activities through the network.

If you become aware of any activity on the Earnify network that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

We may update this AUP at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
