While he isn't nurturing and working towards accomplishing this dream, you'd probably find him engaged in adventure activities, woodworking, cooking, or gardening.
Mano thrives on enabling people through empowerment. His connotation of empowerment is making people self-reliant. With an ability to create compelling situations for people to think through their situation and identify their own solutions, he prefers to work on people's cognitive capabilities to develop and reinforce new habits.
Mano is a Results Coach System (accredited by International Coaching Federation) certified coach. He is also certified on Personal Profile Analysis, Emotional Intelligence Assessments, Competency Based Interviewing and Belbin Team Roles. He has played key roles in organizations like Reliance Capital, Reliance Retail Ltd, and NIS Sparta.
Mano draws his strengths from the numerous experimentations that he has done with thoroughly thought-out designs. During his tenure at Reliance Capital Asset Management, the organization bagged awards like 'Award for Best Learning & Development Strategy' (Shine Awards 2011-12), 'Award for Learning & Development' (Shine Awards 2010-11), Award for Excellence in Training (Employer Branding Awards 2010-11 and 11-12), Learning & Talent Initiative Excellence (Star News Awards 2011-12) and 'Outstanding Contribution to the Cause of Learning' (Asian L&D Leadership Awards - Dubai) amongst various others.

Dr Kavita Vaidya is a consulting psychiatrist, practising at Seawoods, Navi Mumbai since 1998. She is quite passionate about conducting corporate workshops on topics such as work life balance, stress management, parenting, and emotional quotient training which are her forte. Her interactive sessions and cordial approach helps participants to open up and explore new possibilities. With her calm and composed nature as her artillery, she can walk in to ambiguous and high emotion situations and make people look at positive sides of any situation.

Suresh Viswanathan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Suresh was also an investment banker for 12 years and had handled 100 odd IPOs in various capacities including Lead Manager.
Suresh is the Founder Director and Chief Consultant of Finteglaw Knowledge Solutions Private Limited, a consulting company engaged in Automation of GRC Processes and Systems. He is also the Designated Partner of "SVVS & Associates Company Secretaries LLP", engaged in Secretarial Audits, M&A, Appearance before SAT and NCLT.

Shashank Vaidya is a Civil Engineer with a post graduate qualification in structural Engineering from IIT with President’s Gold Medal in M.Tech. (Structure). He has over 35 years of experience in the construction Industry.
His core competence spans aspects like Business Process Re-engineering, ISO:9001 certification Concrete Technology, and Quality Management. He has a 360 view of the business and brings to the table an effective combination of academic knowledge and practical insight about the issues at hand.

His long-standing experience in different spheres of software development helped him with expertise in digital transformation.
Guruprasad is a dynamic and value-driven leader with 24+ years of experience in IT. He graduated in Computer Communication from Bharathiar University and started his career building digital transformation for tier-1 telecom industry players.
Following his passion for teaching and mentoring, Guru also works as a part-time teacher in a local school.

Himanshu brings in a profound experience of 9+ years in corporate finance, strategic consulting and assurance with expertise across consumer, e-commerce, retail, logistics and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to founding Easemint, he has spent 2 years with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Finance practice, wherein he has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors, including consumer, retail, and logistics. He also has spent 4 years with EY in the Assurance Services team.
Rohit Mathuran, CA
Rohit Mathuran is Co-Founder at Easement Advisory Services LLP, Mumbai. Rohit brings in a diversified experience of 9+ years in due diligence, strategic consulting and assurance with deep knowledge of various industries which include logistics, consumer goods, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to founding Easemint, he was associated with Transaction Advisory Group of Alvarez & Marsal, in Mumbai for 2 years. His primary areas of focus were financial due diligence services. He also has spent 4 years with EY in the Assurance Services team.
Chaitanya Dantuluri, Producer & Director
Chaitanya Dantuluri, fell in love with films in his 3rd grade and decided to become a director in his 9th grade. He wrote & directed the films ‘Baanam’ (Telugu/2009) and ‘Basanti’ (Telugu/2014). Baanam won the ‘Silver Nandi’ or the State Award for the second best picture of the year and also got him nominated for the Best Director award - Filmfare South, for the same year.
Chaitanya’s production company Startcamera Pictures also produces corporate videos and have successfully converted SOPs of a large supermarket chain in to bite sized audio visual learning modules.
