The client is a state government cooperative under the ownership of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited, Ministry of Cooperation. The following conditions prompted the need for developing the software:
- Orders were placed manually at the sales counter by both end customers and booth agents (no online facility)
- Almost all transactions made through cash payments
- Booth wise milk distribution list was done manually (twice daily)
- Truck wise milk segregation was done manual (twice daily)
- Lack of consolidated view across sales counters

- Ability to place an order, pay online and view order history by card customers & booth agents through the website and mobile app.
