About the client:
- Industry: Real Estate unit of a large Corporate
- Location: Mumbai
- Employee strength: 500+
Client Situation: The organization had documented and implemented Standard Operating processes (SOPs) across the organization. The management was, however, not satisfied with the effectiveness of the SOPs.
The solution offered: To review the SOPs for effectiveness. A workshop was conducted to explain the best practices related to Business Processes. All SOPs were reviewed as a part of the whole business management system. Gaps between the intent and content of the SOPs and weakness at the interface of the SOPs were identified and explained. Measures for the effectiveness of the SOPs were developed in consultation with the process owners.
Outcome: All SOPs were re-drafted and their conformance to the requirement of the Quality Management System as per ISO:9001 was ensured. SOPs were aligned with the organization structure and the roles & responsibilities matrix.
Client testimonial: “We are satisfied that the re-engineered processes better reflect the ground realities and are aligned with business strategy and organization’s culture.” - Process owners
